Cancelation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. However, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 40% fee, with the remaining 60% refunded if prepaid. Failure to cancel or attend your appointment will also result in the 40% late cancellation fee. If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid amounts. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
